Construction Drawings

Produce comprehensive technical and construction drawings in coordination with engineers and specialist consultants to ensure accurate delivery on site.

Detail Design, Tender & Contractor Selection

Prepare tender drawings and documentation, assist with the tender process, and develop detailed specifications. Coordinate with consultants and support contractor selection to suit the project requirements.

Construction & Management

Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and consultants if required within the client brief. Regularly monitor progress and ensure clear coordination throughout the project. Work closely with the client, QS, and project managers to assist with cost control, programme management, and any necessary project changes.

Ensuring flawless finish, final snagging and handover.
