Initial Consultation

We begin with an in-detail discussion to explore your ideas, personal taste, requirements and budget. Site visit to gain understanding of the space and its surrounds.

Concept Design

Based on your brief, we create early design concepts, including sketches and basic layout. Explore the style, layout, and functionality to ensure alignment with your goals.

Detail Design, Tender & Contractor Selection

Prepare tender drawings / documents and assist with tender process. Develop detailed design, including specification and assist with preparation of schedule of works by QS. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and lines communication between all parties including professional team to suit the project.

Construction Drawings

Produce detailed construction drawings. Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to address any specialist service requirements.

Construction & Management

Act as the main point of contract between clients, contractors and consultants. Regularly monitor process and ensure clear coordination. Manage costs, schedules and any necessary changes.

Completion

Ensuring flawless finish, final snagging and handover.
