Viceroy Court, St John's Wood, NW8

This project is located within an established residential building characterised by its strong architectural form, including a distinctive curved bay window that defines the façade and enhances the quality of natural light within the interior. The building’s existing character provides a solid foundation for a carefully considered contemporary intervention.

AS Studio is currently progressing the scheme through Building Safety Regulations (BSR) compliance in collaboration with Sacks Maguire Architects, alongside the development of architectural proposals and internal layout options tailored to the client’s brief. The design approach focuses on optimising spatial flow, enhancing light, and improving functionality within the existing framework.

In parallel, the interior direction is being refined in collaboration with the client, moving towards a Bauhaus-inspired minimal aesthetic defined by clean lines, functional planning, and a restrained material palette.
