Belsize Park is a full refurbishment project where AS Studio were appointed as architects, delivering a comprehensive reconfiguration of the existing property alongside a rear second-floor extension. The proposal was carefully developed to maximise spatial efficiency while enhancing natural light and improving the overall architectural coherence of the home.

Planning permission was successfully secured in collaboration with D2H Land Planning Development Ltd. The scheme integrates contemporary architectural interventions with the existing structure, resulting in a refined and cohesive design that responds to both the character of the building and modern living requirements.
