Hans Crescent is a full residential refurbishment where AS Studio were appointed as architects, reconfiguring the apartment to create a modern, open and cohesive living environment. The design introduces a clear spatial hierarchy, using clean lines, integrated lighting, and a refined material palette to enhance light, flow, and functionality throughout.

A key architectural feature is the open ensuite arrangement, where glazed partitions create a seamless connection between the bedroom and bathroom while maintaining a sense of separation. This intervention maximises natural light and visual continuity, transforming the space into a contemporary, fluid layout that reflects modern urban living.
