Guildford Street is a residential development in prime central London, involving the enhancement of an existing planning permission to maximise the internal area and deliver seven high-quality apartments. The scheme focused on optimising spatial efficiency while maintaining a refined and contemporary architectural language.

AS Studio was appointed as the architect for the project, responsible for planning, design development, and the production of full construction drawings. In addition, the studio provided project management services, overseeing contractors, budgets, and certification through to final handover.

The result is a collection of carefully designed apartments that balance functionality, quality, and modern living within a constrained urban context.
