Ennismore Gardens is a high-end residential project within a listed building in central London, requiring a careful balance between heritage preservation and contemporary living. The scheme involved significant internal structural alterations, enhancing the spatial layout while respecting the building’s historic character and architectural detailing.

AS Studio was appointed across all stages of the project, from producing drawings for listed building consent through to tender and full construction documentation. The studio provided architectural and project management services, including site supervision and coordination throughout.

In addition, AS Studio oversaw the procurement of key elements, including the kitchen, fitted and loose furniture, sanitary-ware, antique fireplaces, and chandeliers. The project was delivered as a complete turnkey solution, managed through to final practical completion.
