Kfar Shmaryahu is an international residential project involving the proposed enlargement and refurbishment of an existing 1960s house, where AS Studio were appointed to develop the architectural design proposals. The scheme reinterprets the original structure through a contemporary architectural language, introducing clean lines, increased volumes, and a refined material palette to enhance the overall spatial quality of the home.

The proposals focus on openness and connection, with double-height spaces, large glazed openings, and a central staircase forming a key architectural feature. Natural light is maximised throughout, strengthening the relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The design envisions a modern family home that balances minimalism with warmth, transforming the existing property into a bright, cohesive, and architecturally expressive environment.
