AS Studio prepared a package of drawings for obtaining licence for alterations by the freeholder and negotiated terms with the landlord until granting of the licence. We assisted the client with appointing a party wall surveyor for preparing party wall agreements with all relevant neighbouring properties.

Tender and construction drawings packages were then prepared and a successful contractor appointed on the job.

The execution of the works was under AS Studio’s site supervision to include valuation of works. AS Studio was also responsible for the selection and supply of materials, kitchen, sanitary ware, furniture, flooring etc., until practical completion and hand over to client.
