Kilburn High Rd, NW6

Kilburn is a conversion project transforming a former pub into 34 studio flats for student accommodation, with a commercial unit at ground level. AS Studio, appointed as the architect and interior designer for this project, enhanced the existing planning consent to increase the gross internal area and led the scheme through planning, tender documentation, and site supervision to completion.

The design delivers compact, efficient living spaces with a contemporary interior approach, maximising natural light and functionality. The final outcome exceeded the client’s initial investment expectations, both in spatial quality and overall project value.
