Maddox is a residential project involving the addition of an extra storey to create a top-floor maisonette, alongside full interior design and detailed working drawings. AS Studio, appointed as architect and interior designer, was responsible for securing planning permission, developing the design, and overseeing the project through construction.

The scheme combines contemporary interiors with high-quality finishes, supported by a series of professional CGIs produced for marketing purposes. The result is a refined and cohesive living environment, carefully designed to maximise space, light, and functionality.
