AS Studio progressed this project from an existing planning permission originally secured by its predecessor, ASTS Ltd.

We developed comprehensive tender and construction drawing packages, ensuring the design intent was fully realised through detailed technical coordination. Throughout the construction phase, AS Studio undertook full site supervision, project administration, and valuation of works, maintaining quality and consistency at every stage.

Our involvement extended to the sourcing of materials, as well as the interior design and bespoke furniture design, resulting in a cohesive and carefully curated final outcome.

ASTS Ltd was a partnership founded by Mr Achikam Surkis and Ms Tamar Segalis, operating until 2006 when Ms Segalis relocated to Israel. AS Studio Ltd was subsequently established by Mr Surkis, continuing the practice’s design legacy.
