Metropol Park blends a 1930s dark-red brick building with modern structures to create an elegant parkside retreat in Berlin's historic centre. AS Studio was commissioned to develop layout options and a detailed concept design—including the selection of furniture, kitchen, and finishes—and to coordinate procurement and construction, resulting in a project that seamlessly combines historical charm with contemporary luxury.
