Harvist Road is a top-floor maisonette refurbishment with a dormer extension designed to maximise space and natural light. AS Studio was involved from early design and planning approval through to tender, construction drawings, and site coordination.

The project focused on reconfiguring the layout to create a more open and functional home, with a calm, contemporary palette and refined detailing throughout. The dormer extension enhances spatial quality at the upper level, resulting in a bright and cohesive living environment delivered to a high standard.
