Neeld Crescent, NW4

This project involved a collaborative planning effort between AS Studio and Henry Planning Limited for the demolition of an existing residential house and the construction of a new residential block of flats. The project included securing planning permission and developing a concept design that would meet the requirements of the local council and enhance the surrounding area. The vision was to replace the outdated residential house with a modern, functional residential complex, optimising the space for future residents while integrating seamlessly with the local environment. The project was successfully completed, with all permissions granted, paving the way for a high-quality residential development.
