Complete refurbishment from shell of an existing house, including the addition of a two-level basement, to create a luxury private residence. AS Studio were appointed as architects and project managers, developing a scheme rooted in classical architectural principles, with a strong emphasis on symmetry, proportion, and formal spatial planning.

The design incorporates traditional elements such as columns, arches, and detailed ceiling compositions, creating a clear hierarchy between formal reception spaces and more private areas. The scheme also integrates a range of amenities including an indoor swimming pool, cinema, gym, internal lift, and seven bedrooms including staff rooms, forming a cohesive and well-balanced family home.
