Complete refurbishment of an existing house, including planning permission for a rear extension and loft conversion. AS Studio acted as architects, interior designers, and project managers, delivering a coordinated design approach across all stages of the project.

The scheme is defined by a considered spatial layout that balances open-plan living with more private areas, creating a clear and functional flow throughout the home. Developed in collaboration with D2H Land Planning Development Ltd for the planning phase, the project results in a cohesive and well-resolved residential scheme.
