Complete refurbishment of an existing house, including planning permission for a rear extension and loft conversion. AS Studio acted as architects, delivering the project from planning through to construction.

The scheme is defined by a minimal and modern architectural language, with clean lines, simple forms, and a strong emphasis on light and openness. The rear extension introduces a generous open-plan living space, creating a strong connection between the interior and garden, while the loft conversion provides additional private accommodation. Planning was obtained in collaboration with D2H Land Planning Development Ltd, resulting in a refined and cohesive contemporary family home.
