Belsize Park is an elegant residential renovation in Hampstead, focused on optimising 116.7 sqm of internal space through carefully considered architectural planning and interior design. The scheme enhances the existing layout to improve flow, functionality, and spatial efficiency while preserving the character of the property.

Contemporary interventions were introduced to complement the home’s classic architectural features, creating a balanced and cohesive environment. A restrained material palette, clean detailing, and strategic lighting were used throughout to achieve a refined yet comfortable atmosphere. Featured in The Times Magazine in 2011, the project was recognised for its sensitive integration of contemporary design within a historic listed property and its balance between modern living and preserved architectural character.
