Fellows Road, NW3

Fellow is a unique residential scheme involving the planning approval of a 7,000 sq.ft predominantly underground house. The project required a highly strategic approach to design and planning, responding sensitively to site constraints while maximising usable internal space.

AS Studio led the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and high-quality CGIs to clearly communicate the design intent. Through extensive coordination and negotiations with the local authority, we successfully secured planning consent for this complex proposal.

The plot was subsequently sold with the approved permission, demonstrating the added value of a well-resolved and deliverable design.
